Rustic Arizona Ranch House in Midtown Tucson- sleeps 4. Around the corner from UMC Banner Hospital & the Univ of AZ. We offer two bedrooms (1 queen/ 1 full size). Creatively decorated w western ranch motif, special touches of big fluffy towels, essential kitchen supplies and toiletries. There is a large porch with 4 person patio table, two sitting chairs and semi-private yard. There is a grill for your space located on the side of porch. Laundry Area is shared w studio. We offer backyard parking for one vehicle & Street parking avl for extra vehicles or oversized trucks. Keybox Checkin for flexibility. Up to 2 Friendly dogs welcome. Cat Owners please inquire for special notes. The property also has a guest house in the back that shares the driveway and the laundry room.

There is a full size kitchen with a new frig, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, coffee maker and most supplies needed for a short stay. One bedroom has an adjustable bed with a high quality memory foam mattress and a small sitting desk. The other bedroom has a Full size bed - memory foam mattress. Each bedroom includes a closet, places to hang clothes, set luggage, and a few small drawers for personal items. Wifi is available, as well as, 160 channel extended antennae . The 3 smart TVs have immediate capability to logging into your favorite movie sites (hulu, netflix) we do not provide logins though. Bathroom is large and has a walk in shower. Shampoo, conditioner and soap is provided, as well as, big fluffy white towels. The living room has a double lazy boy sofa and smart tv. There is a large front ranch style porch with a propane grill and sitting table for 4, as well as, two lounge chairs and in the garden is a small firepit. The laundry room is shared with the guest house and is decorated like a garden room, and has a slightly old washer and dryer (works great though) free for guest use, along with some cleaning supplies like brooms, mops, cleaning agents etc to share with the back studio. Parking is located in the back, follow the signs to your personal space for one vehicle per unit. If your vehicle is oversized or your party has more than one, then street parking is available. Please note there are outdoor cameras on the property for everyones protection. Tampering with them is not allowed and will result in terminating agreement.
