The owner, a Swiss Photographer and artist, designed every amenity to enhance your vacation or business trip in Arizona's gem of a city. You won't want to leave from its practical kitchen to its richly tiled shower and memory foam bed. This memorable accommodation will become one of the highlights of your Southwestern stay.
The practical kitchen with an ample refrigerator, freezer, and two-burner cooktop is equipped to prepare your evening meal, or you can pop a quick snack in the microwave.

You can stream anything from Netflix on the big screen or attach your computer via the High Definition Media Interface (HDMI) cable. A sound bar connects to all your Bluetooth-enabled devices. Great accommodation in a quiet residential neighborhood!

I stayed for two nights at Istvan's place while attending my son's graduation at the UofA. The location was good. A safe neighborhood and close to the graduation events. I enjoyed the short walk to the Rincon market also. Everything in the cottage appeared newly renovated, of high quality, and very clean. I had the pleasure of meeting Istvan, who is friendly and interesting.
