Well, I just don't understand, the check-in says 2pm, so I waited because she asked me to wait. Then an Asian guy came after me and he could checked in and there I was waiting for 20 minutes, tired and confused. I am not sure about the consistency of the check-in time. I mean the place is convenient but it will not be my first choice

Was very thankful for this place. Had an 8hr layover and was thankful for the convenient spot to rest and shower. Unfortunately the pod I was in was not the cleanest. There was dust on the edges and stains on the pillow case, and strange dirt on the sheet. Also the cooling system didn’t work the best and it did get a little warm for sleeping. The staff was very nice tho and helped change my booking since I had accidentally booked it for the next day.

This is great for a long layover or getting in too late to get to other hotels. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very nice. Great lace for an inexpensive price.

I had to check out of my previous hotel and wait for flights leaving at 10:30pm. This was the perfect place to get some rest prior to a long journey ahead. It’s located literally inside the airport the floor directly below where you check in for departures, and Burger King is right outside its doors. I paid $47 (their overnight rate) and stayed from 3pm till around 8:30pm. They had no problem with me only staying for a number of hours. The place is simple but clean, with clean showers and toilets and the little capsules are a fun novelty. They give you a locker with a towel and toothpaste set. They’ll store larger pieces of luggage for you. I napped and chilled for a while. The capsule has charging outlets. My friends who were trying to use up their remaining time joined me and said how great an idea it was as they appreciated a shower and nap prior to their flights after being hot and sweaty all day. I got up, showered, repacked my bags and took the lift up to the next floor and I was right outside the doors to the check in counters. All airports should have one of these places.

Pod clean, usb did not work to charge, not as quiet as we would have liked. Could hear others getting into pod, snoring, coughing. Temp control didn’t seem to work, but temp was ok if a little warm. Very convenient location before or after flight. Warm shower

Perfect stopover for late arrivals

PassGo is ideally located in the airport, ao you don't need to leave. I stayed 8 hours having arried very late at night. The pods are a good size, internet, pod facilities and the bathroom are all good

This is a great budget option if you have a late night flight. The capsule is small but adequate for small people. I didn’t realise that there was a locker with towel and toothbrush with paste in addition to the capsule. I would have stored some of my bags there if I had realised. The blanket provided is a bit scratchy but I was able to use my sarong underneath it. I slept well and it was quiet.

Convenient for a late arrival

I decided to stay at this capsule hotel after a very late flight arrival so that I could then transfer to my regular hotel the following day. It served this purpose very well. The only fault I could find was that the only power available in the capsule was a USB-A slot and the USB slots that were present did not work, fortunately I had my own power bank to charge my devices. It was initially quite difficult to find the hotel because there was no signage directing you towards it from the main arrivals level however if you can see the Burger King one story up, it’s close to there

Digital hotels are a relatively recent concept & this was my 2nd stay in one, albeit in a different country & especially suit travellers who may be looking for a few hours rest/sleep plus the opportunity to take a shower for those between flights for example The Bali Passgo Hotel is located within the airport with proximity to shops, many eating options & offers inexpensive rates, the compromise being that the cubicles are relatively small, but functional & equipped with lighting & aircon controls A locker is provided to avoid cluttering one's cubicle, all in all an attractive, practical & inexpensive package, try it but don't expect the Ritz!
