Had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad. Great service, amenities, staff and world-class hotel. After staying here at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad, my other stay at another hotel elsewhere was not nearly as nice, most probably because my standard/experience was set too high!

This hotel is more like a 2 star, the rooms are so bad, the shower is very small and toilet have a lot of stains. Some of the staff was very helpful especially the front desk, but the staff at the bar was not accommodating although you have to pay for drinks. I must say Tobago is a nice place to visit but stay away from this hotel.

I had a wonderful time at the Hyatt regency trinidad. I used to travel all the time and when they checked me in they upgraded me to the Presidential Suite!! Obama stayed there. It was a surprise and the most amazing experience we had. Thanks Amit. Thanks Ingred, Anoushka, Jeremy, Kyprita, Veronica and Candace for being amazing. You too Ravi. Everyone from start to finish was amazing. Best, nikki

My experience was very pleasant Hotel staff was very accommodating.

It was lovely. I just didn't like the firm bed. Other then that the service was awesome.

The staff is amazing! So friendly and accommodating!

Friendly and excellent business location in Port of Spain.

The Hotel was wonderful from the minute we arrived. I stayed for 5 nights with my husband and another couple. It was our first time to Hyatt Trinidad. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. The bell hop got our bags and brought us Champagne while we checked in. The room we received was ocean view with a king bed and was clean and nicely appointed. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional and provided top notch service. The food and drinks in both restaurants was 5* quality. The housekeeping staff was also great and always had our room clean with fresh towels and bottled water. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Port-of-Spain.

I was visiting Trinidad with family for leisure and had never visited the country prior. Part of my stay included a brief trip to Tobago and for the last day, I visited Port of Spain. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with the warmest of greetings and even offered glasses of sparkling wine while we waited for check-in. I consider myself quite critical of hotels, from service, to cleanliness, amenities and the like and I must say this hotel would rank in the top 3 hotels I've stayed in. The hotel offered a fabulous view, the rooms were nicely maintained, the shower stalls were clean, the hallways possessed a pleasant aroma and the food was terrific. I plan to visit Trinidad again one day with my children and I will be sure to make this Hyatt my choice. Thank you for making this a memorable stay for our family.

Clean, great amenities and the best service on the island. Love the in-room shower!

excellent trip to trinidad i really enjoyed myself.

Lovely hotel. Lovely view. Not good location if hoping to walk! Staff messed up billing on cocktail on terrace.

I was informed Wi-Fi would cost $10.00, but the I received a charged $35.00 for one day! Otherwise, the hotel and the room was beautiful.

This hotel feels like a luxury hotel in the US. It is NOT a quaint local hotel, but a full service luxury hotel.

fine hotel if you are planning to stay indoors the whole time or drive everywhere. There is nowhere to walk to from this hotel and Internet is overpriced and spotty particularly in the conference area.

Staff, location and amenities were above average! Great stay.

Excellent, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend it as the place to stay in Port of Spain, for business or pleasure. Great view of the harbour from the pool area.

Staff service and attitude was inconsistent; expected much better from tghis hotel and especially over Christmas and New Year. Service in the restaurant was hit and miss, a special meal was ruined due to cold food, slow service and bad attitude of staff. The Manager stepped in at the end and offered a concilation drink at the bar..outrageous! Room cleanliness was average..problems with the toilet facilities meant we had to move on our last evening which was most inconvenient. Would probably not consider going back again.

The views from the balcony are great if you enjoy the bay and ships doing their thing. Weather is always perfect there.

The hotel is very attractive and comfortable. The staff is always helpful and cheerful. I would recommend to stay on the city side of the hotel and not the ocean side because the music outside can be loud at night. The food is outstanding as well as the bar area in the evening.
