This self-contained one-bedroom apartment with air conditioned queen bedroom, bathroom, WIFI, separate living area and fully equipped kitchen, has access to onsite laundry facilities, an outdoor entertainment area and allocated parking for one vehicle. Located in an older but improving neighborhood, the property’s main entrance is secured with a gate and CCTV security system.

This modern one bedroom apartment has separate living and kitchen/dining rooms and everything to prepare meals available in the kitchen - stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. The dining table with 4 chairs is spacious and can be used as a work area. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a futon/sofa in the living room.

The apartment is located on the western side of the house with ground level access from the driveway. There is one 5 inch step up from the driveway into the covered patio (shared space) and apartment entrance door. There is one 4 inch step up from the bedroom to the bathroom, and a 5 inch step up into the shower stall which itself is pretty big.

Stayed for business trip in the apartment. Good internet which was very helpful. Parking also easy and very close to POS but still in the nature.
