Safe, friendly, beautiful views, CLEAN

We visited in January so it was very quiet. Room faced the tennis court. Never heard other rooms. Very, very clean. Good space in the room for two people. Bathroom a little small but very clean. Service was very friendly and willing to help in all departments. Restaurant was pricey but food was really good (lamb!) And the view was spectacular from restaurant. Only complaint really was our particular bed wasn't as comfortable as we would have liked. Probably just need to flip or change.

We dine on the deck on Monday night 2/2/2025, member of my party asked for room temperature bottle water. Drink Waiter bought cold water from the fridge which was clearly cold. She told the waiter she does not drink cold water. Drink Waiter told her she had just put the water in the fridge, we all told her we could clearly see the water came from the fridge…. Waiter then SNATCHED the bottle of water for my party hand and walked away. She was a female with a man hair cut. She never returned with the water she had the other waiter bring it out.

Have experienced the worst vacation on an island with this Hilton Hotel! Service was terrible and the business lounge was under construction without letting us know on line in advance. The pool was dirty and the breakfast staff were rude. Advised that I had a credit of $25 daily to consume however payment was taken from me therefore they have lied and refused to rectify the situation. Spoke to multiple managers and hands down the worst vacation/location I have been on. Do not recommend.

first room they put me in had no cold water only super hot when maintains crew came in the water valve was stuck second room the shift me to water was leaking from the ceiling when the upper room above was showering the dirty waist water was leaking into my shower third room was fine no issues,,, not to say i stayed there a few weeks prior and the shower had drainage issues ...Hilton group could do ALOT better for the price they charges ...
