Staying at the hotel was not a good experience since one of the staff was very rude and they gave false advertising and guaranteed to the CAHEA conference which I was attending.bwe were promised free breakfast which never happened and that was an additional cost that we never budgeted for. I will never stay here again due to the fact they are not true to their word and the staff was very rude when we were trying to get information regarding to the brea. We had proof from the conference package which stated free breakfast and they still completely disregarded us.
