Booked the standard room and requested a upgrade from gold status. Anna was super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. The facilities are like new. Pool was warm. Breakfast was delicious and I didn't ask for late checkout but had I, I am sure they would have accommodated me. Great overall experience

You really can't beat the location.. tucked away at the end of the street, cornering on a major interstate which some may say cause the "odd numbered" rooms which face the freeway to be rather noisy. I can attest to the fact that yes, you can hear the traffic but it is not that bad.At least not from 217 which is further away but still facing the road. When the Air Conditioner/heater is on, which is pretty quiet, it drowns out the street noise all together. Check in was simple and efficient and I was greeted by a kind smile and was on my way. Complimentary breakfast was good with hot eggs and sausage one day and on my second day, the waffle iron was out. Lots of places to sit. The room was a good size for just me or if you are a couple as the kitchen with full sized fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove and full kitchen sink complete with dishwasher made for a most pleasant stay. A local grocery store was just down the street (not walking distance) but a very short drive. The work out room was a fair size filled with equipment for all your workout needs. Pool and hot tub were good too. Saturday night was a little bit of a zoo with the kiddos but Sunday night was quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel for those road warriors.

We recently stayed for three nights. Breakfast is included. And we enjoyed the workout room, which has very good equipment. Having computers available also was convenient. Our room left me perplexed about the word "suites" in the name. It was a typical-sized hotel room with kitchen equipment along one side of the entryway. The closet was in the bathroom. The bed, sofa, and desk took up the rest of the room space--to the point that the television was located at right angles to the sofa and the bed. That made it impossible for two people to face the TV straight on. One could do so from the rolling desk chair; the other had to sit sideways on the sofa. The soundproofing between the rooms seemed very good. However, the windows were far from soundproof. High winds shook them. But worst of all was the constant noise from the Interstate highway that is literally yards away.

Stayed in a double queen room, and even with 2 sets of hockey gear there was room for the 4 of us to move around. The walk in closet was perfect to hide our clothes bags, and keep clutter down. The breakfast area is small, and slightly lacking, but the staff was eager to help!

The hotel is ok. The rooms are furnished with basic furnishings. The housekeeping staff had not cleaned our room while we were gone all day so I asked the staff at front desk, what was up with that and she said they were "all booked up" so the hadn't gotten around to it. It was 4:30 pm. Ok.... so they came in and had to clean it while we were here, trying to rest up a bit. If you need to do something that requires an electric outlet, like say, use a blow dryer or cell phone charger, you're at the WRONG hotel. Yes, that breakfast is as bad as everyone says. But, other than that, it does have running water and a functioning roof.

I will start with the positives of the hotel. The beds are very comfortable, nice bathrooms, kitchenette if needed, pet friendly, and very friendly staff. As stated in other reviews though the breakfast needs work. It is pretty poor considering the rates paid. Also the fold out couch hits the bed when pulled out making it a difficult space to get around.

This hotel is only a few years old, but is already showing signs of neglect. The carpet in our room was stained and the paint on the bathroom ceiling was crackled and chipping off. There seems to be a lack of both ongoing maintenance and routine cleaning. The hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a week or more, the tile grout in the common areas was filthy and the pool deck was dirty and peeling. We will not return.

Quiet location if you get the side away from the freeway facing Anthony's. Room was very spacious and well laid out. We didn't care for the breakfast included. Oatmeal was the only hot item, none of the typical hot eggs offerings. Cold cereal and pastries/toast was it. There is major construction going on around this hotel. We stayed on a weekend when they weren't working, but it could be noisy during the week when construction is going on. Nice pet stations and beautiful desert landscaping surrounding the building.

What a wonderful check-in experience, thanks to the very special Sandy. She got us in a bit early and into just the most perfect (Marriott Rewards-upgraded) room. The whole hotel is well-run and professional, just a short short walk to the lovely riverfront walk. Thanks again, Sandy!

Wonderful hotel, new, clean, quiet. Near Anthony's restaurant (walking distance), a golf course and very easy freeway access. Rooms are large and well laid out for someone working on the road. Prices are reasonable.
