No toilet paper of shampoo in the room. no toilet paper of shampoo in the room

My room had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling that were covered in dust. My poor son had allergies the whole time. Also i thought my reservation was for a ground floor room, as i have broke my back, and it was very difficult to gwt up and down the stairs especially with our luggage.

I have no idea what this property is like. After driving four hours on my way to check on family I was told they were not honoring reservations. I did not receive any communication. The clerk was rude and short tempered. I was forced to seek lodging elsewhere. Very disappointed in the treatment I received.

What’s to say? It’s a Motel 6! It was fine. And a few more characters.

The room was clean however a graveyard front desk staff was absolutely horrible. There was people all night long banging on doors a few away from ours. Nothing was done about it

The price was good but no travel shampoo or conditioner.

only thing I would suggest is to separate the switches that light up the bathroom from the outside sink. they are now connected so you cannot wash your hands without activating the loud fan and bathroom light and you cannot use the toilet without having the sink light on and lighting up the whole room which is not fun when the other person is sleeping.

Good value excellent location by the river shopping movies etc..

Good experience. TV remote was broken. Digit 3 was missing on remote.

Staff was a inhospitable. Acted as we were inconvenience an got in their way

Friendly staff and management. Clean rooms, kid friendly

The woman in the room next door was having a barbeque like she lived out of this hotel. It's right next to an area where all of the homeless hang out, and we ended up just forfeiting our money and getting a new hotel for the night. If anyone needs a hotel and is completely out of options, this place will do, but good luck.

The bed is harder than a rock and the toilet continued to back up
