Floors and couch were just shampooed and the room smelt like a wet dog. When I tried to change rooms I was sent a fan to help dry it out and the gentleman delivering it was not happy. He stated he shampooed over 6 rooms a day. After 2 days I checked out because it still smelt bad and was still wet. I lost 2 nights rent because I used a 3rd party to book it. They are more concerned about renting rooms then takimg care of the customers.

The check-in wasn’t good. And the receptionist forgot to give me my hilton honor number. They cancelled my cards because they missed my number of days my family and I were staying. Instead of calling before cancelling cards we had to get new ones. The gentleman working the evening shift seemed annoyed which was not my fault. I thought it was unprofessional. They needed my card again for incidentals but already had a card on file but was an inconvenience to look up the the previous reservation. The experience was overall bad.

LOVE this hotel! The room was spacious, very clean, and very comfy. The kitchenette was well stocked with plates, cutlery and all the other things you need to cook a simple meal. (It even had a DISHWASHER!) The free breakfast was excellent (lots of variety and it was all tasty). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very close to excellent shopping, lots of restaurants. It's also pet friendly, so the new puppy we were in Washington to pick up was welcome there. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

We are so sorry our attempts to get the room right did not work and that we had no other room to put you in. It is a horrible feeling to let a guest down. Please accept our apology and know we are most certainly concerned with our guests' comfort and sorry your stay could not be made right.
