This 3,000 total sq. foot house with a NEWLY REMODELED FIRST FLOOR, INCLUDING THE KITCHEN, HALF BATH, LIVING ROOM, and DINING ROOM is 5 minutes from East Grand Traverse Bay and 12 minutes from downtown Traverse City. Located in a family friendly neighborhood nestled in the woods, it's a great place to call home base when you are exploring all that Traverse City has to offer.

The two story house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd level. The master bedroom was remodeled in 2020 and features a wall fireplace and bathroom with a soaker tub and heated flooring. Two of the other bedrooms on the 2nd floor have loft beds, one of which has a full size bed directly below it and the third bedroom has a bunkbed.

The updated main level of the house is where the living room, kitchen, dining room, and 1/2 bath are located. The basement consists of a living room/game area and a large bedroom.

Imagine lounging on the front porch in the morning with a hot cup of coffee from the fully stocked coffee bar, listening to the birds and watching the world go by.
Pack up your family and friends for adventures to the surrounding beaches and hiking trails or wander into downtown Traverse City or nearby Elk Rapids to do some shopping. With close access to the TART trail, you can also bike or run into town.
