Downtown TC Hygge Condo

This chic condo, located in the heart of Traverse City, is within easy walking distance of all of TC`s downtown`s restaurants, bars, shops, theaters, as well as the beach.

Further, the Old Mission Peninsula (15 min), Leelanau Peninsula (20 - 45 min), and Sleeping Bear Dunes (35 min) are all short drives away.

The condo is themed on the Danish concept of hygge - which represents comfort, coziness, and contentment - so obviously our aim is for guests to really enjoy themselves here!

Guests will have full access to the entire condo and the adjacent reserved parking space.

You host will be available via the booking app at all times, but it`s highly unlikely that you`ll meet him in person. He`s happy to help with any trip recommendations, issues that occur at the house, or to answer any questions you`ve got about the accommodations, area, or your booking.

Located in Traverse City`s Front Street District (downtown), the condo is literally in the middle of downtown and is within 1 - 4 blocks from all downtown points of interest: restaurants, bars, theaters, the beach, shops, etc.

There isn`t a more convenient place to be with regards to walkability and you`ll find almost everything you need within walking distance.

Anything downtown will be easily walkable. If you`d like to go a bit further afield, you can ride a bike on the TART Trail, which is about 3 blocks away, and can get pretty far that way.

To access the Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsulas, you`ll need your own vehicle.

This condo features one reserved parking space for guests

There is a noise detection device located on the first floor in the living room. Please be aware that it does not record anything but rather it simply detects noise levels, temperature, humidity, and the number of connected devices. It will alert the host if decibels stay consistently over 75 (approximately the level of a vacuum cleaner) for longer than 10 minutes.

In short, it is a party prevention device but it is not a recording device.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week. Our adult daughter joined us for 3 days and slept on the pullout sofa. She said the sofa was comfortable. The apartment is very clean, open, and feels new. It had pretty much everything we needed. It is about 5 minute walk from the waterfront and Front St. Chris was very helpful if we needed anything at all. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again.

Hygge Resort!

This was such a well located property and I can't say enough about the property manager. I would have given him a perfect 10 if allowed. I could walk anywhere but the dedicated parking space was convenient and welcomed. I hope to travel to Traverse City again and stay at the same place.

Loved this condo!

My husband and I loved the condo and the location. The condo definitely lives up to its Scandinavian name (Hygge), which literally means "cozy." The furnishings were comfortable and stylish. The location was perfection! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the bedroom window coverings did not shut out the street lights at night. It was difficult to get good sleep because of that. I have mentioned it to Chris and I have no doubt he will make it right. Chris, by the way is a great property manager and was very responsive to our needs. We will definitely be booking this one again for our next trip to TC.

A Clean, Well-Appointed Stay in a Prime Location—With One Small Tradeoff

I recently stayed at this apartment and found it to be an excellent home base. The unit is immaculately clean and thoughtfully outfitted with all the essentials: a coffee maker, cooking pots, and a solid set of pans. Everything was in good condition and easy to find.The location is truly the standout feature. Just one block from a lively stretch of shops and dining options, it’s easy to grab a great meal without needing a car. When you do need to drive, parking is convenient.The host, Chris, was also incredibly responsive—quick to answer questions and helpful throughout our visit.The only consideration is access: the unit is located up three levels of stairs (not three full flights, but still a climb), and there is no elevator. It’s manageable for me, but something to keep in mind if you're carrying heavy luggage or have mobility concerns.

This unit is extremely clean and the building is quiet! Beautiful finishes inside & location is close to everything. We easily walked everywhere & only used to car to golf and check out the wineries.Easy parking and close to the unit. Had an amazing stay. 10/10 for location. Condo was very clean and new and the decor was modern. We ended up spending more time in the condo than we anticipated because it was so relaxing and nice.
