This 3 Bed, 3 Bath tri level home allows you to live like a local yet feel like you are in your own little paradise. If the weather isn't quite cooperating, feel free to park your vehicles inside the garage and stay warm and dry!

If you plan on bringing a dog please let us know during the booking process. There is a $125 pet fee per dog... Max of two dogs.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! From the moment we arrived, we knew this would be a perfect getaway for us. It was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. This was a great place for our family. The three baths were convenient for our family of 5. The split level was convenient for my parents that have some mobility issues. Everything including the appliance functioned as expected. It was peaceful. My fav thing about the house was all the windows to take in the beautiful scenery.

Just an amazing stay very close to Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes! The place was very secluded and peaceful, tucked into the woods yet very close to the amenities and tourist areas we wanted to hit. The home was very spacious, the kitchen had all the items needed to prep meals for a family, and the back deck areas were just amazing! Would stay here again, 5stars!!!

Wonderful stay

House was clean, comfortable and just wonderful. Property was stunning, all wooded and quiet yet 15 min from most everything in Traverse City. We only wish our stay was longer to enjoy the house and property more. They had outdoor games like corn hole and ladder ball. Six of us stayed and WiFi connection great for all of us. I would rebook this place every time.

We loved our stay here! John was great with communication. He called before we came and messaged recommendations for the area each day. The house was exactly what we were looking for and as advertised. A perfect quiet place in the woods, yet so close to downtown TC and other great areas around Leelanau. Our family of 4 and dog loved having space to sprawl out with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We also loved all of the outdoor spaces and games. We’ll definitely stay here again when in the area.
