This 1700 square foot, year round family home has plenty of room plus a walk out basement. There is 65 feet of sandy lake frontage on Silver Lake with a gradual slope that is great for swimming. There is a stone patio with fire pit for lounging and a dock for your boat. Silver Lake is spring fed and is great for jet skis, tubing, water skiing, swimming and fishing.


Amenities & Activities: Air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet, full kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, washer and dryer, gas grill (BBQ), no smoking, no pets and no use of fireplace.
Swimming, boating, shopping at Grand Traverse Mall, jet skiing, golf, sea plane rides on lake, tennis.

Area: 15 minutes from Traverse City, 10 minutes to Interlochen Academy
Weekly rentals only June, July , August.
Weekly rentals start on Saturday to Saturday.
If you need to cancel I will immediately re-rent and if I get the booking amount you will be refunded that amount. If I get a lesser amount due to short time to arrival you will get that amount.
I will absorb the credit card fee on the initial booking. The second payment is by check directly to me or pay the three percent credit card fee second payment.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. A Smart TV comes with cable channels, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and a dining table. Housekeeping is available on request.
