You will have beautiful mountain and red rock views from the deck and inside there is a spacious living room with pull-out-bed sofa , full kitchen, 3/4 bathroom, laundry room, and a king bedroom. This comfortable apartment is tucked away in a central location near the intersection of highways 12 and 24. Disc Golf Course on property (See Udisc.com and bring your own discs). **************************************************** If you choose to book, read the messages we send to you within the VRBO messaging system. App with notifications/textmessage enabled is recommended. *****************************************************Do not arrive before 3 PM without permission. *****************************************************No pets allowed, including ESA. Pet friendly lodging is available at The Rim Rock Inn. We were on our Mighty Five tour/adventure. We were looking at out "mid-point" stop at Capitol Reef NP, and wanted a place to unwind a bit, and take care of our laundry for the next leg of our journey. The option for a VRBO seemed logical. This Condo fit the bill in every respect - PLUS. Very Clean, Central to everything in the area yet very Private/Quiet and fully equipped in every respect. The Host(s) were very communicative and available for questions throughout the entire process! Completely stress free!I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area, or even if you are transitioning through.
