It is a basement where temperature gets rather low at night. It was 18.5 C. We requested for an additional blanket or a quilt which was not provided. Also when you are trying to sleep and people are walking on the upper floor it is fairly disturbing. Communication with the host was also only one way. We asked for an an iron which was lying in the room when we came back. Overall not a bad place if you can be comfortable in a cold and noisy place.

La maison est bien située, dans un quartier résidentiel.L'appartement est assez grand pour 4 avec tout ce qu'il faut, il y a même un lave linge et un sèche linge. Très pratique. Par contre, l'appartement que nous avions était en sous sol, et nous avons eu très froid pendant les quelques jours que nous sommes restés. Nous avions loué fin juillet, il faisait chaud, environ 30⁰C à l'extérieur. La maison comporte un rdc et un étage. La clim marchait à fond pour refroidir les étages, le sous sol, lui, est trop froid. Nous avons dû mettre des pulls et dormir avec des épaisseurs... Dommage...
