We had several issues, but the staff worked diligently to resolve them. For a property of this size every employee displayed excellent customer service. They were professional, friendly and sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay. My family and I truly thank you for that. With that said, the rooms need to be refreshed and they are small.

We were assigned with a room located on 2nd floor, there was loud disco/party music until 3am Monday morning. Not sure if the noise came from the room next to us or from hotel's conference room level, it was quite disturbing. Otherwise our stay was pleasant as we enjoyed the location and helpful staff.
