The staff were excellent and I had no problem with them. The issue however is that the hotel isn’t the best maintained. There is an odour that smells like fabric/material that hasn’t been aired out all throughout the building. The lighting in my shower was burnt out, the wallpaper was peeling, the wood of the furniture, doors, etc were all scratched and dented. I like that the hotel has a vintage charm, but it just makes me sad that the building itself isn’t holding up to a high quality standard of maintenance. For the price, I really can’t complain, but I likely will not be back due to the quality of the physical space.
