A great representation of Kimpton. Courteous, professional, and cheery staff make you feel at home. The plant program and little Georgie are also nice touches. Staff are tops but that little tuxedoed robot was a close second. Really enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave.
I used the mini fridge. I missed the in-room coffee service that’s listed on the website but wasn’t in the room. Restaurant was fair. Hospitality and personalized customer service were nice. No microwave. Good location.

Great hotel -- with kind staff. Clean and well-appointed. I had two minor complaints. The grout in the bathroom was somewhat moldy. More importantly, the doors close loudly. This is not about slamming doors -- they are just really loud when they close. This means you may get woken up at night if someone comes in late, or if you're trying to sleep-in in the morning. Otherwise, really solid place. I would return.

Arrived early and to our surprise they not only found us a room but upgraded us to a King deluxe room. Loved the happy hour at 5 every day in the lobby. Hotel is small enough to provide personal attention but large enough to have all the services expected at a hotel of this quality. Location is fantastic in Yorkville, near great restaurants, shopping and museums. Loved it!
The beds and pillows were amazing and RR was so nice! Hallway carpet was the most cushioned I've ever walked on. So great
