We had a generally good stay. The room itself was nice and the bed was very comfortable and. Overall, the space felt clean and well kept. The main downside was the bathroom, it was quite small and there was hair in the tub. Another frustration was the fridge situation. The one in the room was stocked with items for purchase and we would have had to request an empty fridge, which felt inconvenient considering the price of the room.

The staff were incredibly kind in letting us check in early and storing our luggage after checking out. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Library Bar staff were very friendly and the cocktails were excellent. Comfy bed and nice shower with good water pressure.

We arrived to a dirty bathroom (toilet was disgusting) moved rooms. Too many parties booked in hotel. Lobby was jammed. Couldn’t get into either restaurants. Or even sit to have a drink. I would never go back.

Yes the room even though small was clean. Great Service from the Staff. We had a wonderful Lunch in the Library, our stay was all around great!

Room was spotless, excellent staff very friendly and attentive. The location is excellent. Hotel decor is lovely. We ate at Reign for breakfast is was very good, we had room service which was also very good. I would give everything 10 out of 10
