Relatively new, staff very polite and the girls spoke perfectly English. JR Rail station Taishô atound the corner. Quiet and clean. Almost good except for checkout at 10 am. Are you serious ???
Safe area, not very clean though outside. Kyocera Dome and Mall a short walk. Nice in total. No bath tubs, only public bath for that. How weird :)

Just a few minutes walk distance to the gate of the Universal Studio. Many restaurants around the area. Need to take train or taxi to go the center of Osaka and a little bit far from the airports. It's a very nice hotel if you just plan to have fun in the Universal Studio.

This was the perfect place for our group of 11. We had 3 rooms with 2 grandmas, 4 parents, 4 kids, and an aunt. I was a bit nervous about the lack of staff, but the check-in and stay went incredibly smoothly. The location is great, and far enough from Dotonburi to be quiet, but close enough for it to be convenient. Highly recommend.
