Wonderful experience. Very nice room - in fact, the biggest we had in Japan. Very comfortable. Great staff, and easy access to/from Kansai airport. You can take the train or use the hotel shuttle. Both are very easy. We had been in Kyoto but flew out of Kansai and decided to go early so we’d not be rushed in the morning. This hotel worked out great for us.
