Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport

3.5 out of 5.0

we were treated very well by the staff. The location was perfect, walking distance from our hotel room to the airport as well as the train station. The complimentary drinks were perfect. The buffet breakfast was excellent as well.

Steps away from the terminal across a covered breezeway. Couldn't be more convenient for someone flying out early or flying in late. A little more expensive than other options just off the island that the airport is on, but I found it to be worrh it. Steps away from food options galore, too.

The room was quite clean and comfort. The pillow was very hard, my shoulder was stiff after the night I stayed.

Beds are like rocks, pillows are literally filled with sand and the room is not clean. No good dining facilities available. And actually got barred from entering Teppan Grills front door without a reservation. Big fat NO.

Very nice hotel, easy to walk from international terminal, clean and well equipped rooms. We enjoyed a nice breakfast Buffett at The Brassiere restaurant the next morning. It was also very easy and quick to take a bus or train to our next destination in the morning. Everything was also in English as well which was very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Easy and comfortable accommodations. Clean room and nice staff.

I was exhausted after a long flight and being able to check in right at the airport was a Godsend.

Very comfortable hotel , inside the airport . Nice rooms

The only problem was that there was no free breakfast. Everything else was ideal.

Although we arrived at 12.30 local time, the room was not abailable untill 14.00 hrs. We left our luggage with the hotel and ventured out. When we came back at 18.00 the room was ready and baggage promptly delivered. Staff are wonderful and we could not fault anything. Will stay here again.

Arrived at Osaka on a late flight. Hotel was very well located. Just a short stroll from the airport terminal. Just spent a night there. Everything was solid. A very good airport hotel indeed.

If you just need an airport hotel for a quick stay, this can be your choice - it's about 4-5 minutes' walk to Terminal 1 and even closer to train stations. Aside from location, nothing else really stands out. If offers everything as other 4-star airport hotels do but nothing extraordinary. In summary, you can't go wrong with it, nor should you set your expectations high.

They do all the right things...a bit spendy for the food, so just an average/ good value. Great people !

Overall, it is a very good hotel. You can't beat the location which is a walking distance to the check in counters. However, they have no WiFi! I was planning to do some work using my computer, but was not able to. To be fair, they DO have Internet access via cable, but alas, I have iPad...

When we checked in because our room was not ready, they upgraded us to a better location higher up. Did not eat in hotel, but the entire airport was at our disposal. Did not need to take a shuttle bus. The JR rail line goes directly into airport which accepts your rail passes. The hotel has all the amenities that being in the airport offers to the traveler. It is beautiful and spacious. Coming in off a cruise we had colds and needed to rest for a few hours and the location let us do that with out a lot of wasted time.
