great, even met a singer. experience was great overall. I was a bit hesitant since orbitz emailed me saying there was no front desk, but there was and everything worked out.

The staff was great, helpful and nice. However, there was construction on the second floor and the noise was bad. The construction started early and ended up late. Also, it is supposed to be a Smoke-Free hotel, and the people next door were smoking all night. We reported it but nothing was done. Finally, the pillows and cover were smelly.

I was very happy to be at this hotel, it was nice.

We stayed at the Fiesta Inn three nights in early March. The warm hospitality shown us throughout our stay, made it difficult to leave. The Hotel has the perfect location, everything within walking distance from the Main Plaza in Toluca. The rooms are updated, very comfortable and we had great Internet connection. We recommend it very highly.

Enjoyed visiting the ruins at Teotenango,(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teotenango) local churches, and cantinas. The weather could have cooperated a little more.

The hotel for $70 was worth it. The room was well-appointed, the bed incredible (!), and the service staff was very helpful. The downside is what you might expect from a "business hotel" -- coffee maker in the room but a charge for the coffee, a charge for bottled water, and high high prices for restaurant meals. These are minor compared to the overall comfort. The hotel is a block from the main shopping drag (avoid on the weekends) and the museums and historical buildings. Great location. $8 to the airport, $4 to the bus station.

I arrived late and was very quickly checked in. My room was super quiet, even with the hotel in its' downtown location and my room being close to the elevator. It's older hotel, but well maintained. When I left I told the taxi driver where I would like to go with my bad Spanish, and all the front desk staff came out to help translate - great service.

This was a great location! It is a nice and new hotel right across from the center of Toluca. The staff was friendly and helpful. The on site restaurant is nice. It was warm and cozy and not noisy at all. Sometimes when you are downtown it can get noisy but this place was great. The best thing is everything is close by. The Alameda park is a few blocks away and the Acroplis mall/ movie theater is only 1 block away. Check this place out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also spoke English and Spanish which was very helpful.
