Top priority, comfortable bed - check. Convenient location, just a couple minutes off Rt 23. Super accommodating desk clerk (Janette), who fixed our reservation for us - I swear we reserved a king bed, but we got two queens - anyway, she moved us. She also recommended several places to eat, and Inside the Five Brewery was excellent. Sylvania is a pretty town, we will stay here again.

The room was very nice and very pretty and we slept well. But, when we arrived shortly after 9:00 p.m. we had to wait almost 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter so we could check in and get our room.

We've stayed here a number of times. The only complaints we have include: (1) not enough counter space around bathroom sink; (2) walls are very thin and talking or coughing in adjacent rooms is annoying. Otherwise, highly recommended!
