Room 335. Sunday Sept. 24. Bed was very comfortable. Having a couch was very nice. A Bistro in lobby was nice but did not take advantage of it. Close to interstate so traffic could be heard. This room was on the end so closest to traffic. Also trains in the distance. Despite these things we slept well after a long day of travel. Elevators were sufficient. Ice machine on our floor did not have ice. TV was quite large but was on the side of the bed so quite awkward. For the price breakfast could have been included. Breakfast was available in the Bistro but prices were far to high for the few offerings.
The Courtyard itself is a fine hotel. It’s significantly better than the Quality Inn next door (which is horrendous) and completely worth the price to upgrade. The area is relatively unsafe however and there is a lot of weed use in the hotel despite their efforts to prevent it. I’d recommend this hotel for a single night only and preferably during a weekday. I give it 3.5 to 4 Stars.
I did not get the room I booked.
Always a great stay
Nice
Around a shopping center and restaurants which was perfect
We didn’t like that you can’t get a cup of coffee during the day except to pay for it. You could only get it in the morning. We were told we had breakfast included When checking in, but in the morning we didn’t. We liked the hotel but we don’t even use the cleaning service because we don’t need it so a cup of coffee through out the day would have been nice.
Very nice hotel. Nice pool and staff. Outdoor areas were great too.
Hotel was aware of a special event and prepared a welcoming package for the participants of the Glass city marathon..very much appreciated.....The bar area could have been open early both on Saturday and Sunday....The lady working that area worked her butt off but the number of customers was over whelming......hint.......staff up when your hotel is full
It was very close to the wedding venue and was perfect for a last minute booking to stay at following the wedding. It was clean and the people were friendly. Would stay here again if there was another event in the area.
Hotel was fine. Needs some renovations, but staff was nice.
Their shuttle picked me up at Toledo Airport (15 minutes away) after I dropped of my rental car, then took me back the next morning at 6AM to catch my flight. Bed very comfortable-had great sleep. Ate at the Bistro in the lobby and had the tastiest salad--fresh spinach, feta cheese, peas, and some fresh mint. Very easy to print out my boarding passes with one of their numerous computers just off the lobby.
No problems with the room. The hallways were pretty loud late at night with "happy" travelers from a night out.
The hotel was nice however I asked for 2 queen and it was more like 2 fulls. They put us in a handicap accessible room which had a "gym" style shower and the beds were smaller to make room for a wheel chair. Other then small beds the hotel was great and clean room, would book again but as for a standard double queen room.
We very much enjoyed our family stay over Thanksgiving. Our three rooms were right together and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The price was significantly lower than the regular rate, which helped a lot. The only drawback was that the indoor pool water temperature was very cold and hard to enjoy.
This hotel experience was great. The room was very clean and comfortable.
This hotel was an excellent stay! The Courtyard by Marriott beds are the best! Our room was extremely clean and very spacious. The check-in/check-out process was a breeze and although hotel is right along the highway, we did not hear any traffic noise. The hotel is located next to all types of shopping and dining and is very convenient to walk to.
We were there for a wedding. There was no free breakfest. The hotel is great for certain things like customer service. But they don't provide much other than that. The swimming pool had too much chlorine/bleach that it made all my kids reeked and felt sick from it. It's by a railroad tracks, so if you don't mind hearing trains at night, it's okay. Not too far from Highways, and very close to necessary stores like wal-mart, target, and etc. I would come here again, only if needed too. It's also just right outside of Toledo, but not too far and much safer area.
