The elevator was broke down and we were on the 4th floor stay there for 3 days and we had no TV also broke down and was told no one can fix it until Monday and we had our 7-year-old son with us and a ot of things to carry so it sucked really bad it was horrible for us

A good space for my needs whole in Toledo. I did have to change rooms because my toilet clogged up and overflowed. This was not my fault as I hadn't been in the room all day. Staff immediately put me into another room.
Light coming in the window at night was extreme. Darkening curtains would be an improvement.

Dear Darren, I am sorry our elevator went down overnight, however the elevator was repaired first thing the following morning, so it wasn't down for 3 days. We did offer to room move you when you notified us that your tv was broken, but you refused to move. When you departed I went up to your room and I turned the tv on, so not sure how come it wouldn't turn on for you. Susan-GM
