The hotel is conveniently localized in Shinjuku with easy assess to trains. The property is clean and has all the standard amenities expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is small but good shower pressure. The room is small and not much room to open luggage or hang clothes. For our four nights stay it was just right and the price is good. We would stay again for short periods.
