This property is completely misrepresented online. It is not an inn as advertised, but a basic hostel. The location is very inconvenient — far from any main train or subway stations, making it difficult to reach. There are no toilets on the first floor, and all five bathrooms are on the second floor, which creates serious safety and accessibility issues. The front staff were rude and unhelpful when I asked for assistance, and communication with management was extremely disappointing. After I reported these issues through Expedia, the management gave false information about the hotel’s condition to cover up the problems. Overall, this stay was very unpleasant, unsafe, and dishonest in its presentation. I strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere.

We were welcomed by two wonderful ladies that guided us to the rules of the hostel. The location is perfect distance from the city. The service was very nice as expected. I will be coming back to this hostel next time I am in Shinjuku!

As everyone else says, the walls in the rooms are really thin. The staff was cleaning or doing something late at night and it made it difficult to sleep. Everything else about the property was fine, and pleasant. All of the rule posters on the walls are a bit off-putting though.

Great place for a low budget hostel. There is no dormitory, so the place is quiete and very clean. There is a front desk person only from 3 to 10 PM, they are very nice and helpful

Cozy and affordable

Stayed at the Nishishinjuku branch for a few days with a friend. We booked a comfort double bed that was, true to the name, pretty comfy! This hostel offered a great balance of both affordability and comfort. The rooms and common spaces were quite tidy, and the kitchen/refrigerator were great to have. My only real complaint was that it was a bit noisy at times, although I attribute this mostly to being roomed right next to the bathroom. I think it would have otherwise been pretty quiet. Our room also didn’t have curtains, but was still cozy. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly both over e-message and in-person. We also had to make a few alterations to our reservation a few weeks after booking, and this was very easy to do through Hotels.com. Definitely a great stay, and would certainly recommend a stay here.
