My stay at KOKO HOTEL Tsukiji Ginza was extremely disappointing. The room was uncomfortably tight, poorly ventilated, and had a persistent unpleasant smell that made it difficult to relax. There was no room service at all, which significantly reduced convenience and comfort. Overall, the experience fell well below reasonable expectations and I would not choose to stay here again.

It was a great location near the fish market! Closed to the train I have no complaints about the hotel would definitely checkout the other Koko hotels again! Small rooms but for the price it’s worth it!

Stayed there with my family 2A 2C(6 and 9 yo). Only downside was our room didn't have any wardrobe for our clothes to go on. We managed somehow without it. It's in very good area with Tokyo station just 10 minutes away and teamlab was like 6 minutes away. There is an Indian restaurant right opposite the alleyway, we had dinner there like 3 times. Loved our overall experience. I would definitely stay here next time too.

Great hotel in a fantastic location, very close to the Tsukiji fish market. Very clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was good. The room was a little on the smaller side for 4 people but we managed. Thanks for a great stay.

Great hotel in a handy location to Tsukiji. Front desk staff were efficient, you just need to be precise when you ask the question. You can tell its a busy hotel with minimal staff hence they don't have time to be super polite. Breakfast finish at 9am on the dot, so if you are not a early person you just gonna miss out!
