Noise from the upper floor (probably a kid stomping and jumping) bothered, but apart from that service was great, room was new and clean, everything was good.

Nice hotel, very conveniently located by the subway station (Shiodome station). Easy to get to many other neighborhoods like Harajuku, Shinjuku and Shibuy. Walking distance to Ginza. Hotel hotel was courteous and helpful. Our room didn’t hve a view and was a bit small but very and clean. Bathroom was also a bit on the small side and very basic, the shower was very narrow. That’s probably the only complaint. We would consider staying at this hotel again but in a room with a view.

Electronic check-in and check-out system is "convenient", but staff interaction is mostly limited to helping you to navigate the touch screen prompts. Room does not have any grounded plugs, so make sure you pack a converter if you need to use a laptop. Even standard Japanese plugs were well hidden in my room (upper edge under desk). Bathroom was good size, with all amenities.

this is a very good hotel. rooms a bit small sometimes; they've improved breakfast recently. one of my favorites.

Nice Hotel Neat the City, Close to Metro, Close to Attractions, Clean, Excellent Staff

Cordial Staff, excellent breakfast, convenient location

It was a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend and return.

Room small,an bathroom too.for the price in Tokyo was perfect.Breakfast was good.Location very easy to connect with metro.Bed too hard.May be next time I will chose another hotel

I stayed for 12 days and the only complaint was the bed was a little uncomfortable but other than that it was like staying in a 5 star hotel. Looking forward to my next stay here.

My room (701) was 150 mts away from the elevator. The mattress and the pillow were terribly hard. the breakfast is disgusting.

This hotel was small but it’s tokyo!! The bathroom smelled like mildew and was very old and outdated. The facilities are super nice and the location is Right above the JR and E line but the beds were so hard that I dressed going back to the hotel. It was very uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep. I woke up several times where my shoulders hurt so bad, and my fingers were numb. I feel bad saying this but I had a hard time staying here. I say it’s okay for a quick overnight but other than that it not ideal.

Well conected. Small room. No wardrobe. Nice bathroom.

Overall it's a good hotel but the staff needs to provide better customer service

This hotel is a solid 3.5 stars for me. Not the nicest hotel to stay, but definitely a good value. The location is great -- connected to the Shimbashi train station by underground walkway. Just two quick stops from Tokyo Station, and a few stops from Shibuya in the other direction. It's in walking distance to the Tsujiki Fish Market. The hotel is clean, with an average size room, and nice size bathroom by Japan standards. The bar downstairs has happy hour everyday, which is nice. The breakfast buffet was not the best, but manageable. The power outlets are not conveniently located in the room.

Beautiful hotel in the business district of Shiodome. Rooms were spacious compared to other rooms we stayed in, in Tokyo. We were able to open our two carry ons and a big luggage all at the same time in the room which is unheard of in japan. There's a tiny closet with a few hangers which is where we left some of our luggage. Night gowns are provided by the hotel each night. Our queen sized bed was rather firm as well as the pillows, which I also found to be common in Japan. Free breakfast is awesome and available from 6-9:30am on weekdays and till 1030 on weekends. The staff is friendly and are able to speak English quite fairly. Do ask them if you need a limousine bus to Narita airport which is available for $31 USD/person. Overall it is a clean hotel, free breakfast, friendly staff, with spacious rooms. This hotel is minutes away from Shiodome station and a 10 min walk from Shimbashi station. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

large comfortable room. good price. location near shimbashi, tsukiji and ginza. walking distance to multiple train lines very convenient, would be helpful if hotel can publishes the walking directions from train stations. google map does not cover the easy underground and overpass routes.

The workers were really nice and welcoming. It was our first japan trip and they help made it better by having comfortable cleanliness room. Our room wasn't big but it wasn't small either. The free breakfast was a plus. I love japan and I love the workers here.
