Nice room but small, like all hotels in Japan. Amenities excellent, you can find extra stuff in the hallway in front of elevators, very good idea to reduce waste. Very friendly staff, good casual restaurant in the basement , favored by locals also. Two subway stations nearby, different lines. Highly recommend the hotel.

Close to tokyo station, walking distance to metro station, dining options in vicinity. well maintained hotel rooms with all amenities and toiletries etc along with courteous staff and diligent housekeeping crew. Will gladly stay again with family on any future visit to Tokyo. Thank you ps - we enjoyed the complimentary popsicle in the lobby on a hot summer day as well!

restaurants of different cuisines are within easy reach. We took the metro direct to Narita airport, one and a half hours. We think it is reasonable as there isn’t the need to take our two large luggage to change train. The price is reasonable, ¥1220.

Not Horrible but NOT GOOD either

It’s not a bad spot as far as the location and the staff were very friendly but to start, I did not like having to carry my luggage down 8 stairs to get to the lobby. That as well as the smell in the hallways which I believe was dirty smelly carpet. Did not love having to step up into the bathroom, the tiny fridge and lack of a microwave. My biggest complaint is the thin firm mattress. It took forever to get comfortable enough to sleep just to get up with back ache and body aches the next day. I’m glad we only had to stay there 2 nights and I personally would not visit this property again.
