A nice hotel with very polite and friendly staff on reception. It has small rooms, as they mostly are in Tokyo, but it’s a little out of the way for tourists as it’s about a mile walk to Tokyo Station. There is a metro station closer, however. Rooms come with bathrooms, a fridge and tv with a few other items, but missing a safe which would’ve been nice.
good neighborhood in tokyo from outside looked the hotel was well appointed by ACCOR what a mini room It was very small suffered from coustrofobire no not really the hotel what I expected. for a drink I went to the bar glass of beer and bowl of Japanese notes 25 euros and I was the only guest
Room: Fairly clean but dark and claustrophobic. Location: Short walk from Ningyo-cho metro station. Facilities; Good but unremarkable. "Shampoo Bar" on the ground floor, where you can fill haircare products of your choice in the tiny cups provided to take up to your room, is a strange but nice idea. Staff: All are able to speak some English. For some reason on that particular day the two male receptionists were either nervous or irritable (or both). The only pleasant staff member seemed to be the one female receptionist who was there in the morning. Personnel is what really makes all the difference. Even if the building/facilities are not brand-new or top-notch, helpful, courteous and friendly service can more than compensate for it. This hotel was a sad reminder of that.
Being our first trip to Japan we didnt know what to expect. We did book a budget room and it was exactly that, small & compact with very little room to move but as like other major cities around the world thats normal. However everything else was excellent-check in simple & the staff speak english, there's a lovely selection of help yourself stuff in the foyer. A microwave, ice machine & washing machine are available too on the 2nd floor. If travelling with children there is McDonalds/KFC 5 minute walk away and 7-11/Family Mart next door.
From Narita Airport buy the discounted Kesei Skyliner and metro package to get to the hotel. The metro package was worth it to easily get around Tokyo. This hotel is very close to the tokyo hibiya grey metro line, Ningyocho stop, which we would take the exit A5 stairs down and the exit A6 elevator up which can also fit people with suitcases. The staff here are very welcoming, friendly, and speak English. There is a conveyor belt for your luggage at the entrance stairs and then elevator to your room. We had two clean, quiet adjoining rooms with AC which were comfortable. Each had a full bath with pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. On our floor we had easy access to an ice maker, a microwave, and washer/dryers. We had clean robes, towels, and slippers and an electric hot water kettle to make green tea. In the lobby, was the Tokyo guide, which had discounts to attractions and the lobby also had free things like hair bands, face masks etc. The room with twin beds was more spacious. Wifi was slow at certain times, but free.
The hotel was fairly easy to find. It was around two short train rides from Tokyo Station using the JR Lines but we later found that a subway stop was much closer to the hotel. Walking to Tokyo Station is also an option but it is roughly a 15-20 minute walk. The people were very accommodating and spoke English which made it easier for us. The rooms are a bit small but the bed was very comfortable and the room was well lit. Overall, the room's size motivated us to go explore Tokyo during those lazy mornings and the service was excellent.
The hotel was pretty and the rooms fully equipped - my room was small but normal for Japanese standards, yet I had a lovely bathtub too! I had some medical issue during my stay and the staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and arranged a medical appointment for me and made sure I was better when I returned. Tokyo is just out of this world and I'll defentely check this hotel first the next time I plan my trip.
With a single room priced lower than 10,000 yen (advanced booking) in this Nihonbashi area, I think the hotel is of super good value. The room is small but clean, and staff can understand English and there are many restaurants around the metro and also a few convenient stores. Most guests were business travelers meaning a relatively quieter hotel. Metro linking to Monorail to HND Airport is also quick and easy to access.
This place was a gem, from the customer service to the room to the amenities. Its a 3 min walk to the subway... Right near 24 hour convenient stores! They offered so many perks from face mask to bath salts. Typical Japanese room with a queen bed. We had 0 complaints!! Will return here again
We stayed here May 2016 and will be going back. The cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in and the friendliest service ever! Loved it! Close to subway and in a good quiet area. One we arrived we were greeted. We checked in and went straight to our rooms which were clean, comfy and quiet. They speak English in case you don't speak Japanese and gladly helped us when we needed direction. The rooms are spacious just like the bathrooms. This is the hotel to stay in if you plan to go to Tokyo.
