An excellent stay! A beautiful hotel。The beds were a bit hard but still comfy enough. Though reception staff spoke very little English, they were very helpful and were able to still get their point across. Breakfast buffet was simple but satisfying, and helpful on a morning where check-out is required.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Stood on the street at 6:00 am for 15 minutes to hail a taxi for us. Checked your itinerary an told the driver what airport and terminal since we do not speak Japanese

very clean hotel. mostly for business visit. Good Breakfast

great breakfast, the way to the hotel is not very comfort though the location is good, the area is full with resturants and fast food overall very nice hotel.

Near fun streets and a huge gorgeous park. The hotel was clean and nice. Small rooms but just like everywhere in Tokyo. The room and bathroom were the most up to date I had seen compared to other hotels I stayed in Japan.

I thought I had a great deal for a room in Tokyo for under $70.00 a night. During check in, the front desk told me I have a smoking room booked. I told them I've never ordered smoking. They showed me a printout that I've checked no preference for smoking section. For a non smoking area, i had to pay 6000 yen extra for my stay. I was too tired to complain so I paid it. Room was clean and staff were courteous though their English were limited. WiFi was great. No free breakfast available like my stay at Taipei. Location was good. Akasaka area is vibrant with all types of restaurant dining. MRT station nearby to move about in Tokyo. No gym area. Overall, I will return because of location though I'll shop around for other hotels in Akasaka first.

This hotel worth the money, great location and not far from the trendy area akasaka

clean, occasional smoke bleeding in through vents. a bit of a walk to public transport options.

5 mins walk from Subway. Took the airport shuttle to Ritz Carlton and then took a cab for less than JPY$1000. Not too bed.

Got in from Beijin China and like hotel a lot. Unlike hotels in China everything works, good quality, they all speak English, nice and friendly stuff.
