When I asked for the receipt of parcels, I received a very quick reply and reminded me to remember to write the correct recipient information and check-in date. Door and bells position kindly repeat breakfast breakfast and the hotel has a very friendly service activities in the room was very clean to luggage can be opened for me enough space can be seen from the window Tokyo Tower
I can't say enough of the extremely kind and friendly staff. I would have given 5 stars based upon just my experience with their staff. The beds on the other hand were literally a box spring with zero mobility. Unfortunately it was very hard for me to sleep. I believe this is for storage efficiency you can store your luggage under the bed. It was about a 8 to 10 minute walk to the subway but there are tons of taxis on this street. One plus is a shrine is about 2 blocks away. There are tons of places to eat. And an interesting building that has about 4 different night clubs literally a block away.
This is a nice Hotel with a good location, clean and quiet. There are many convenience stores, restaurants and market around the hotel. For a business trip with a limitation budget, this is a nice choose. The facilities are not new but acceptable.
We live in a smoky room with a 4 years old kid for three night. that is a bad experience for trip in my life.... we don't recommend any one to choose this hotel when travel to Japan. The service is not so good, too.
Overal Staff's attitute was good but the room is so tiny and check out time was 10am. And also, facilities are quite old and I can hear what's going on next door room. I would not recommend this hotel
had to stay in akasaka / roppongi last minute travel. found this deal in agoda, think it was like usd40 +/- per night, business economy super small room, couldn't open my luggage, but room was very clean they had amenities in the first floor the packet coffee was good over all it's good for last minute stay / sleep only/ explore around roppongi/akasaka the front desk lady was rude and called me to charge me 1000jpy at 10am for not checking out, however when i checked in the front desk man told me it's 11am checkout.
I have been here for business and i was living with my collegues at a two person room. The hotel is not a big one and breakfast is not included in the fees, you can have the buffet breakfast atge restaurant next to it by 1300yen. However akasaka already have a lot of restaurant with great quality and nice price, you can have almost whatever you want for breakfastvny 1300yen. The location is quite nice, just take a short walk for about five minutes away from the metro station. Rooms are quite small at this hotel but it got all the basic facilities.
Akasaka Yoko Hotel was really great in handling their guests. They have accommodating and respectful staff members who always greeted us whenever we'd pass by. They were also kind enough to return my jacket which I accidentally left in the room, even after we had checked out. Their breakfast includes a variety of Western and Japanese cuisines to make it suitable for the palates of its foreign and local guests. All in all we were very satisfied with the service and we would definitely stay at this hotel during our next visit.
got free polo from the reception，so happy！the room is absolutely clean and tidy!but the bed in the room is small.maybe choose family room next time.Nice location!in the center of Tokyo!very convenient!
Usually I go to Mystays Akasaka hotel when I am here but chose Yoko as it is very close to my office. While Mystays is new in Akasaka and part of a chain, it's rooms are comparable in amenities and size. Prepare for small. You will find no place for above average size suitcases making it difficult to walk around. The bathrooms are even smaller with Roman style, bathtubs that for older persons would be difficult and perhaps dangerous to get in or out without help. The top floor (9th) seems renovated, clean, new carpets and bathrooms. Room are equipped with tiny fridge and kettle. On premise clothes wash and dry. My 5 day stay cost 60 per cent less than Mystays but it was Golden Week so prices were lower than 4 weeks earlier in Tokyo. Overall, same amenities and for me, convenient location. Quiet, no lobby to speak of. Eating places abound. Good hotel for the price. Nice to have alternatives. Am in Japan every 6 weeks.
