We stayed here with 5 people and it was definitely cramped but we knew what we were signing up for. Great for the price and close to everything. Showers are small.

Really disappointed with our stay here. Originally we had booked this unit for 5 nights at the end of a 2 week trip to Japan. When we turned on the heater we were met with a very musty/moldy smell which caused us not to be able to warm up the room. The host/owner came to the unit to check but said that she could not smell anything when my daughter, wife and I could all smell the odor. We tried to manage but because the temperature would get down to 4-5 degrees celsius in we decided to leave after 2 nights. I will give our host credit for being very attentive to our problem but there was no real solution offered. I suspect that because it only got cold in Tokyo recently that the heater had not been turned on thus this issue had not been brought up sooner. The bathroom has a very low ceiling over the shower which isn't shown in the photos. If you are taller than 5'8" you will have to squat to shower. Also during our 2 nights there I killed 2 cockroaches.

Close to shops, restaurants, entertainment and subway/train station. Handy coins laundry on ground floor. Good beds. Water kettle and microwave in the apartment. Unfortunately a bit dusty (aircon, cupboards and plates/ cutlery) Only 1 stool instead of 3 as pictured. Good communication with owner. Very noisy on Saturday nights by other apartment owners.

The apartment was nice clean somewhat but had some few ants along the sink. Great place to stay since it’s close to the train station. They should have at two house keys in case the other person within the party is going somewhere else.

Good location and great communication with owner

This location is very convenient for shopping, eating, and the subway station. Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very responsive when I had questions. The beds were extremely comfortable.

I like the location and convenient

There are many other foreigners in the building, dated but it is ideal for what I paid. Great host efficient communication. Building at the main road and can be loud with the ambulance at night, other than that. I’m satisfied with the booking and will be back here if I’m with my family in Tokyo
