Es una casa tipo rústico pero con todas las comodidades, cuenta con 5 habitaciones, 3 baños amplia estancia, estacionamiento para varios autos, jardín interior y un gran jardín exterior con árboles frutales, no frutales, flores y césped. El área de la propiedad es 3,500 m2

Servicios
Se tienen disponibles: cuartos, estancia, estacionamiento y jardines en paquetes en base al número de personas por precio por noche. El huésped se encuentra en una sección con privacidad y el propietario se encuentra en una habitación diferente para estar al pendiente de lo requerido por los visitantes, contando con los siguientes servicios
-Hasta 5 recámaras con 1 cama King size, 2 camas matrimoniales, 3 camas individuales, 1 sofá cama y en caso dado el sillón de la sala puede acomodar a una persona
-3 baños completos. El baño principal cuenta con secador de manos y mingitorio además de excusado y regadera. 2 de los baños con agua caliente por calentador solar y el otro calentador de gas.
-Área para fogata y acampado
-Se aceptan mascotas. Comida y cama a cargo del dueño de la mascota.
-Facilidades de acceso. La gran mayoría del área está a un nivel y una parte ligeramente elevada, de solo dos escalones, cuenta con rampa para silla de ruedas.
-Cocina completa con estufa, refrigerador, horno de microondas, utensilios y juego de platos para 12 personas
-Casa del árbol. Ideal para que los niños jueguen a la casita. Se proporciona escalera para su uso.
-Amplio jardín trasero, con árboles y áreas abiertas ideales para juegos y observación de la naturaleza.
-Servicio de internet
-Biblioteca con cerca de 700 libros: novelas, historia, biografías, religión, autoayuda, enciclopedias, lugares de interés, etc. Puedes escoger libros y leerlos en tranquilidad.
