What a joyful place to stay when i needed one for an extended length of time. I felt like i was home without my husband or our dogs! Beautiful set up with almost everything I needed (the coffee creamer the first morning? THANK YOU!!) Comfy beds, extra blankets (it got in the negative digits during my stay), perfect fireplace, lots of room to spread out, a kitchen that I want an exact copy of, and most grateful to my host who shoveled my car out when it snowed a bunch! If it’s available? I’ll be staying here again! Thank you SO so much!

We loved this space! It is well-appointed and staying right down town is GREAT! We loved the openness of it…feels so much bigger than it looks from the outside.I rated it a 4 for cleanliness as one of the shower curtains was moldy, coffee cups were dirty, and some of the utensils were also dirty; otherwise, the unit was clean.The only negative is that there is only a single parking space. It is advertised as a 6 person unit, and we felt that more parking should be available. We had 5 people and 5 cars (a high school friend reunion). Street parking is limited to only 2 hour parking from 9 am - 5 pm.

We love coming back home to Seneca County, Fostoria, Tiffin and Hopewell. It is still home even though we have lived in Orlando for 40+ years. Ohio is so different from Florida in many ways, but both are still great!

Seneca County natives, but live in Orlando, Florida for 30+ years

The 3 of us absolutely loved every part of this house. 2 bedroom and 2 bath, electric fireplace, beautiful kitchen and living room. This place was so gorgeously. We stayed 11 days and were there for my 55th Fostoria High School reunion. The location was perfect for all of our gatherings with family and friends in Tiffin, Fostoria, Findlay and to the Amish area in Berlin. Several times we proudly brought our friends back to the house to visit. They were amazed at this “gem” that they had driven past many times not knowing it was there. We were able to walk to many of our favorite restaurants as well as local stores. We walked just outside our door and watched the Heritage Festival parade. We have stayed at 20+ VRBO/ HA/ AirBAB properties and if I could give this house 10 stars I would!! Special thanks to Brian who came on our first night to assist us with the TV’s. We will definitely stay here again and I’m sure some of our friends and family will rent this if needed. Beyond Beautiful!!

Great location and super quiet

Very nice property. We were in town for a show at the Ritz and it was an easy walk from the property. It's very quiet inside which was great. Didn't hear neighbors or street traffic at all. There are no windows in the bedrooms which probably contribute to the quietness. I thought it would bother me but it didn't. It was very comfortable.
