Great location and nice lobby with coffee
The check in was quick & front desk staff was nice, the room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was delicious & the cook was friendly. During checkout, there were 2 ladies behind the counter & I was the only customer there waiting to properly hand in my keys & they were talking & looking at the computer & completely ignored me. That was my only not so pleasant issue.
The breakfast was outstanding. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.
Staff and Manager Brennan outstanding! We were surprised by the Wednesday guest reception which was a great surprise. We will continue to stay here in the future.
Very clean, modern and comfortable. I liked the fitness room as well. One comment would be to try and reduce the single-use plastic used by this property - all the utensils for breakfast were plastic when they could have been real utensils.

This hotel had the most friendly and caring staff. Very clean and spacious rooms. Nice breakfast, with very cheerful workers. This will be our go-to hotel while our son is at Tiffin University.
Wow. Room was just remodeled. Staff very friendly and always asked about our ride. Bikes more than welcomed in the hotel. Staff very accommodating with arrangements we needed to make.
