We enjoyed our stay! Clean and comfortable! Unfortunately it rained so we weren’t able to use the pool. We would stay here again when in Tiffin.

This was the best VRBO experience! The property was clean, well stocked, and nicely laid out. The host provides all the little details to make the house comfortable for any guest. The heated pool was a great time for the whole family.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house. Sarah was incredibly responsive if we had questions or problems. Highly recommend this property in Tiffin. We would stay again.

Fun and Relaxing

The house was wonderful and exactly what we expected. The real highlight for us was the pool. We spent lots of hours in and around the pool.

College graduation

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from Heidelberg and the location was perfect! Close to the university and all the activities that were happening. Also a great location near downtown for shopping and eating. The house was perfect. Comfortable beds and clean. The sunroom was amazing!

What a cute house!

We recently stayed with our extended family - party of 5 - to attend our son’s graduation. The house was perfect! Had everything that we needed for our stay! Owners were super easy to work with, house was super clean and cozy, and located in a beautiful neighborhood! Wish we were there at a time of the year to use the pool but maybe next time!!! Thank you for a great experience!

State-cation Tiffin Ohio

We enjoyed our time at Tiffin House. Well deserved time alone with my wife. Only draw back was the memory foam mattress and kitchen amenities. This was a great value overall. We loved the charm and the integrity that went into keeping the authentic look. Our time in the pool was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this house to family and friends.

10 out of 10!! Better than expected!!

Everything about the house and our stay was perfect. Communication before and after from our host was spot on. The house itself was super clean and really nice. It really felt like home from the moment we arrived. And the pool... that was the best! It felt like our own private oasis. We have nothing bad to say about the entire experience, and we can say with 100% certainty that we will be back. Our kids are already talking about it!

Spacious, clean, and relaxing getaway

My boyfriend and I took a trip to Tiffin for my *ahem* 35th birthday and this place was beyond perfect! It was so clean upon our arrival--and Sarah & her husband were responsive, but respectable of our privacy. Instructions throughout the home were clear, check-in was smooth, and the place was EXACTLY as pictured. We loved the decor, the POOL (of course!), grilling in the backyard, and cozying up in the living room for movies. The bed was super comfy, the A/C kept us plenty cool, and there was so much space to relax. If we ever find ourselves in Tiffin again, we will 100% be staying here again! Easy walk to the American Civil War Museum of Ohio, too :) Thank you so much to our hosts for a great stay!

Great discovery!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, old, well-appointed home! It is immaculate, homey, and filled with nostalgic and thoughtful extras. Host Sarah is friendly, considerate, and a great communicator. What's special to me is that this home is in my birthtown, very near to both of my childhood homes. Our visits to this area are bittersweet, as there are some very serious medical and personal situations within my family of origin in this area, and we live over a thousand miles away. We absolutely did not need all of this space for just two people who were not there much, but when we were, it was such a comforting retreat and just what we needed.

Great house

Stayed for the weekend to visit with my son who goes to Tiffin. The house is beautiful and was perfect for the 6 of us. The shared driveway was a little hard but it worked. The only complaint I would have would be the management company “Evolve” I had a couple questions before hand and got the same generic answer back. I would much rather communicate with the owner of the property.

Charming home

We had a lovely time staying at this home while visiting with family. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Kitchen had all necessary equipment. Towels readily available. TVs set up to use all streaming services. Some very cute touches like games around the home. We look forward to staying next year. My ONLY critique would be one of the beds is very creaky even with the slightest movement. Would recommend fixing this.
