In La Asomada, the spacious house Pure La Asomada impresses guests with its rustic decor and beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. It consists of a lounge-dining room, a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an automatic coffee machine. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (all en suite) and it can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine and satellite/internet TV. In the private outdoor area, you'll find a garden, terraces (open and covered), a heated swimming pool and an outdoor shower. The pool, which is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and offers fantastic views of the beautiful landscape, invites you to cool down on the hottest summer days, and the terrace is the perfect place to relax in the shade with a good book. The highlight of the house is, without a doubt, its privacy and space, which promise you hours of relaxation and privacy. There is also a pool table ideal for a game of pool before lunch. Some restaurants and the nearest supermarket are 4 minutes away by car, and a 9 minute drive away you will find the centre of Puerto del Carmen, which offers a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. Puerto Calero with its marina and recreational area as well as some very fine restaurants are a 10-minute drive away. Here you can also spend the day on one of the beautiful beaches, such as Playa Blanca or Playa Chica, or visit the impressive harbour. Furthermore, the airport of Lanzarote is only 11 minutes away by car (11.1 km).

Peaceful home from home
This villa was just what we needed for our short break. Peaceful, well equipped, comfortable and with a lovely pool. The owners have a real eye for detail and high standards shown by the little touches left around to make your stay comfortable. The location is peaceful and away from crowds, which suited us perfectly. The pool/snooker table proved popular with our teens/kids. Highly recommend.

The house is really amazing : stunning view, great pool, a big living room and 3 beautiful bedrooms. There is everything you need in the kitchen. Patrick is a wonderful host, very welcoming and really nice. We highly recommend his house 👍
