This is my second time staying at this hotel. The service from staff is excellent, my room was nice and clean and offered a nice breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay.

This hotel is very tired but was clean. The breakfast area and food (options) were poor. It’s a adequate stopover choice for cleanliness and a place to put your head down for an overnight stay. Excellent location for Confederation College visit.

Days Inn and Suites is a low rise hotel located about 15 minutes by taxi from the Thunder Bay airport. It is unpretentious in outward appearance but welcoming and warm on the inside. The lobby is clean, bright and roomy. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. My room on the 3rd floor had a comfortable king size bed. The linen was clean and fresh. The bathroom was also clean and reasonably appointed with the necessities. The internet was free and breakfast, not gourmet but just what I wanted, was included. What more did I need! Although there was no in-house dining room, there is a Montana’s, a Keg, a Caribou (upscale) and. Tim Horton,s within easy walking distance. This hotel is well worth the value.

The hotel and rooms were completely fine, our dissatisfaction came as a result of the extremely noisy kids in the rooms above us who were unsupervised .... I gave up trying to sleep at 11:30 pm and called the front desk. They were very aware of the problem and were trying to track down the parents. There was still significant noise at 1am. When we talked about it with the front desk during check out it was revealed that the manager came in to try and address the problem. Why not call the police if you have unreasonably rowdy kids in your hotel who are unsupervised by parents?? The rest of us who are needing a good nights sleep shouldn't be negatively affected.

We flew out of Thunder Bay, so stayed 1 night before the flight, and another night a week later. Online reservations were quick and easy (Always done directly through the Hotel. I NEVER book a Room through Booking Companies like Expedia, Booking, Hotels, etc., as they take 15% of every reservation from the Accommodations.) The Staff was welcoming and Friendly. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well supplied. We loved the location with Montana's and The Keg Steakhouse steps away. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Mo & John

This was our second time visiting this hotel in the last year or so,and, while the hotel is quite nice, we were somewhat disappointed with the design of our room. We requested an accessible room this time because of a recent leg injury, and while the room we got was designed as an accessible unit it was not very functional. Clothes hanger wrack was so low that clothing touched the floor, light switches were of inappropriate type and locations, towel rack and hanger hooks in bathroom were not accessible from shower, hand rails were not in convenient locations, no night light in bathroom, etc. Remainder of hotel was very nice, and we know from previous experience that suites are very nice, staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and complimentary breakfast is very good. We will stay here again.. just not in an accessible room.

I recently stayed at the Days Inn & Suites - Thunder Bay in October for 1 night. There was ample free parking on the hotel property lot. The check in process for the hotel was very smooth and efficient. Hotel staff was very pleasant and friendly. The hotel room was clean. No issues with noise from the hotel or location. A the hotel decor is bit dated. Breakfast buffet was standardized (Days Inn style) with all the normal breakfast options. The hotel has a shared lot with Tim Hortons and Montanas Restaurant which is a convenient option. I would recommend this hotel for quick overnight stay or pitstop when traveling through the area.

The Days Inn was acceptable accommodation for a quick weekend getaway with family. Our problem was with other guests staying there. There was a hockey tournament in town that weekend and there were quite a few participants staying at the Days Inn. The tournament participants and their parents did not respect the fact there were other guests. They took over the pool area and breakfast area, drinking, partying and tore throughout the whole facility until well after 11 pm. The staff were outnumbered and overwhelmed by this behavior.

I have stayed at bo5 Days Inn in Thunder Bay. Both are consistently clean and that is at the top of my list! Friendly staff as well 😊

Arrival was marked by a warm greeting at the front desk, and staff were consistently helpful throughout the week. Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping rooms and common areas clean and well maintained. The room was generous in size, with a comfortable bed and bar fridge. Thin walls made for noisy evenings during March break, but all was quiet by 10:00 p.m. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, with the only warm food being toast and do-it-yourself waffles. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.
