Hilton The Hague5.0 out of 5.0

It is hard to get excited about a hotel that is clean and efficient with a convenient restaurant and bar because it does it all so unobtrusively and without drama that it is only afterwards you realize they did a good job. I am not normally a Hilton guest but I am in danger of being converted......
We found the hotel very convenient for a number of places in The Hague, and close to the road to The flower region. It was a good base too for Delft and also the coast. The concierge Edison, was very helpful and directed to the nearby bus stop so we could get to the Central station and a train to Amsterdam. Breakfast was well worth having. Just a pity about the price for car parking, seems 10 euros too high.
Very nice hotel close to the city center. Room was very spacious, nice and clean, bathroom spacious with the tub and shower. Bed was comfy. Breakfast is not included in the room price (about 17 eur per person) - a wide choice and delicious food. Parking is bit tricky - definitely use vallet parking offered by a hotel, is much more convenient than parking in the parking garage under the hotel (doesn't belong to hotel and is expensive if you drive in and out during the day). Staff was nice and helpful. Just one negative experience - they have billed us twice plus they still hold the money that they took as a guarantee during check-in....that means we paid triple the original price....let's solve it now.
We made a quick stopover in The Hague to meet up with old friends who live there. The hotel was luxurious and the beds were so comfortable. I loved that they parked my car for me and that I could pull up in front of the hotel to offload my bags. The staff was friendly. Our room was gorgeous and the breakfast buffet was very tasty with a wide selection from which to choose. We felt pampered.
Great hotel chain, but there cheap with heating the rooms. I don't travel and want to be cold because the hotel chain going green and only let you have 23C luke warm. If I want heat in my room that should be my decision.
Having stayed in many a Hilton over the years, it's nice to be surprised occasionally. And the Hilton Haig Central did it for me. Smart, modern rooms, super friendly staff and a great location. Will return.
This was my second time at the Hilton in the Hague. Both times were for a week. This is a smaller Hilton but with the same quality of the larger hotels. The breakfast buffet has English, Dutch and other options with plenty of food and beverages. No issues whatsoever (except that the Starbucks doesn't serve Cold Brew. alas, none of the Starbucks in Holland do...). This is a fantastic location so recommend getting in a day early to spend walking around the City Center for sightseeing and shopping. Great restaurants all over the City Center within walking distance of the hotel.
Great hotel and location The only thing lacking was the poor wait staff service at opening of breakfast that can make it difficult for business travelers on a schedule. Otherwise a great hotel in all other aspects
We were professionally and politely greeted by Mitchel de Kok, who set the tone for our entire visit. On our return we will definitely stay at the Hilton, The Hague again. A added plus is the hotels short distance to the city's Old Town.
We received a very warm welcome at The Hilton Hague. It is a very centrally located Hotel located within walking distance of many good restaurants and Noordeinde which has many fine shops. The service was excellent, the staff were, warm friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were top class , the beds were particularly comfortable. The hotel although very central was very tranquil with beautiful views of the canal . Can't wait to visit again.
