Canyons Village at Park City Vacation Packages

Went for the indoor outdoor pool and it was closed. Super bummed that there was no warning or compensation

Property was off the beaten path a little which was great.

Loved the stay. Hotel is beautiful and staff was friendly and helpful. I Will definitely stay here when I am in this area again.

There was no hot water for showers when we got there. The air conditioner didn’t work for the first two days we were there..

Staff do very little to make sure you are happy. Loimited communication between hotel staff and patrons regarding events / activities. Went for week leading up to NYE, was told by person directly outside of hotel we could just show up at event that evening. I called to verify and were told that was not true but had already cancelled reservations. They said the people outside the lobby do not know anything and dont work with resort.. No effort to help patrons at all. Rude management/ staff. Loved Utah but would not recommend/ stay at Summit.
