Arrived and check in with no issues. Cold ice on level 1 and headed up to level three facing the freeway. Not an issue. Small TV than most newer hotels. Anything less than a 55inch is small in today's world. Slep well and awaken to a beautiful Saturday sunrise. The water in the hotel is one of the best. Great pressure and hot water. I did not want to exit. I would stay again without a question.

Could Have Been Better

We were arriving late and were driving in from a place with no internet service, so we wanted to call to confirm our reservation. No one answered the phone at the hotel, so we called the IHG main number. They said they couldn’t see our reservation and wanted to charge us for a second room “to be sure” at a cost of $65 more per night. We didn’t want to do that. Thankfully, finally the hotel answered the phone and confirmed our reservation. The hotel was clean and comfortable until about 7:30 am when the vacuuming, custodians door knocking room by room, and room cleaning began. Since we had a late arrival and check out isn’t until noon, we had hoped to sleep in longer.
