This private gated Executive Ranch Estate has magnificent views from nearly every room and sits on almost 5 acres of rolling hill, right in the heart of Wine Country. Fully renovated in 2019 open Kitchen and large center island, high ceilings, open floor plan, infinity pool gazing out over expansive rolling hills and vineyards. It's a perfect balance of elegance and comfort, a modern and rustic lifestyle.

Sleeping arrangement:
- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs with 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and a bunker bed.
- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds.

Entertainment:
(Smart TV, guest must use their own Netflix or other online TV service account)
- Pool table in the garage
- Big screen TV in the living room. also TVs in the garage with pool table and master bedroom.

Spa and pool:
- Spa heating is included for 5hrs/night, programmed to heat the SPA ONLY from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Ask our management team for a pool or extra heating fee. The pool may not be heated during winter due to the low air temperature.

- The fireplace is not operational

- Security cameras outside the house for safety reasons. Noiseware is installed to monitor the noise level. ( do not record sound, only monitor noise level).

Parking:
- No parking space in the garage ( for owners storage and pool table)
- Parking space is limited to 8 vehicles.

NOISE ORDINANCES/ RESTRICTIONS:

If you are looking to have a party, this is NOT the home to rent. While we do allow very specific types of gatherings, this is not the home for large or overly loud events. NO VISITORS are allowed at all times without approval from the host in advance.

We are located in a very quiet neighborhood and Riverside County has VERY strict Noise Ordinances as the followings:
No amplified music
No excessive shouting/yelling
No vehicles with excessively loud exhaust
No loud music coming from vehicles

Between 9:30 pm and 8 am:
No outdoor activities at the poolside.
NO NOISE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 4 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Beautiful home and location. The abundance of bedrooms and bathrooms are great for a large group. The kitchen is awesome! The backyard will take your breath away. Some minor touch ups would be nice, but the home is perfectly finished, really comfy beds and the host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The location is very close to the wineries. Will definitely this rent this home again!

We enjoyed this house very much. There were some minor improvements needed, which I listed and let the host know directly. But other than that, I would come back and stay in this house again. My family of 14 was happy and we also brought our small dog. We even brought our own pickleball set and played on the front driveway. Very close to all the wineries, a quiet location and great views all around.

Hello and thank you for the opportunity to stay in this house. I heard a few of my guests express that it's time for a deep clean in the rooms and rest of the house. I read comments from previous reviews that stated something similar so I was a bit disappointed to see this is still a concern. The hot tub never reached a temperature that exceed a warm bath. With temperatures dipping at night, the water should have felt hot and not luke warm. Since this is included in the fee, I believe you should know the feedback. I did not ask for the pool to be heated because I felt like l, for two hundred extra dollars, I would be dissatisfied. 200 seems a bit excessive after already paying for 7 nights, especially with everyone flying in from various parts of the US. Having stated this, we had a great time. The house is extremely spacious and the garage had been converted into another hangout space with a pool table. The views are fantastic and the proximity to wineries is top notch. A quick drive to the city was extremely convenient and there is everything you would need. We really had a great time! I noticed that some of your interactions with guest feedback on reviews was a bit harsh. I am being kind and letting you know my honest thoughts about my decision to host my 50th birthday celebration. I hope you receive this better than some of the other guests. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.

Where do I begin?! Stayed for a weekend getaway to celebrate a 40th birthday. The house was extremely clean inside and out. More than enough room for everyone in our group. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The selling point of this location, hands down, the spectacular view from the backyard and pool. Absolutely stunning. It didn't hurt that we had possibly the best weather to enjoy the yard and pool. If you are into the wine scene, close your eyes, turn around and point your finger. You are literally in the middle of wine country. Any direction you look there was another winery. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Without question, we would definitely stay here again.

First of all , the home was very spacious , but the host was horrible very rude and micromanage our every move … the guest that were there , were there for a dinner .. they accused us of having an amplifier which that was not true we had a little speaker as big as the palm of your hand , the host told us we were making a scene , that the neighbors were watching us .. that’s creepy … the dinner we had we did an outdoor setting and cater by referral from Expedia . I would not recommend at all for guests of 10 ppl. We literally tiptoe this whole trip , very uncomfortable and we paid a good price for it !! Never again

Exceptional spot for a group getaway!

Our crew of 11 had a fabulous time in Temecula and this was the perfect place for our big group to stay! There was plenty of room in the kitchen and dining areas for all of us to enjoy meals and games without feeling crammed. We appreciated the number of beds and bedrooms and really could have even slept a few more people comfortably if we needed to. The pool and hot tub area was spacious and clean, plus the views are STUNNING! The only tiny issue we had was the solar outdoor lighting was not working properly and they came and fixed it right away. Would highly recommend this VRBO - our trip was an all girls trip but would also be great for couples or families with kids!

Fantastic property in the heart of Temecula Wine country

Rave review coming in: stellar property. Roomy and full of perks. Comms with management company were smooth and responsive, would highly recommend. If we had to make one or two changes to the house, it would be for a rug in the living room and maybe a second couch instead of chairs.

We loved the house, it was beautiful and even nicer in person. Loved the chefs kitchen and hot tub! Only wish the rooms had a few more curtains so it didn’t get as bright in the morning but we had a wonderful stay. We could stay again. Great house for groups or a big family vacation.

Cozy weather in a cozy spot

It was a wonderful cozy spot to enjoy family. We played games, played pool, and cooked and ate to our hearts, desire, and delight. The accommodations were great, although I’m sure we did not use everything listed in the advertisement. It was too cold for the pool, but the view was beautiful.. The only reason we held back one star was because the view would’ve been spectacular if the windows had been cleaned. We did have to dust one of the rooms down and floor boards because we had kids with allergies. Other than that, you could not beat the location or the view.

Birthday Celebration

Booked this property for my wife’s 50th birthday so we could celebrate with friends and family. Got the check in details and gps took us right there. Entry was easy and property is as depicted in photos. Had 7 couples and only 2 couples had to share a room with 2 queen beds. House and property are beautiful with great views of the surrounding hills and valleys. Even saw some early morning hot air balloons! Property is a very short drive to many popular wineries. Had a couple very minor hiccups but were very quickly resolved by the responsive host.

Thanksgiving Resort Style Ranch 2024

The location of the house was in a beautiful setting. The size of the house was perfect for my family of 10 and the layout of rooms was well designed. The kitchen was well equipped and the extra large island was terrific for meal prepping. The yard was great for my grandkids and the pool was well maintained. The outdoor furniture did need cleaning but there were many sitting areas. The family room couch was a BIG disappointment since it was very dirty and torn. The second couch was so bad that it was put in the garage. A large sectional would be a much needed upgrade. We did love seeing the hot air balloons fly over the house!

Perfect location in the heart of Temecula

This house and its grounds are well maintained and situated in a very desirable part of Temecula's wine country! The Ponte Vineyard Inn is just a mile down the road and the nearest grocer just a 10 minute drive. Our extended family of 12 fit comfortably in all of the bedrooms and the downstairs kitchen with living areas was the perfect gathering area for us to share meals, visit with each other and play board games. We missed out on using the pool table and other garage games, but those are a great feature that we would've taken advantage of if we stayed longer. The outdoor living space was wonderful too, complete with a pool, hot tub and lower yoga area. There is a surcharge to have the pool & hot tub heated, which was surprisingly necessary even as temps reached 90 degrees outside. We loved our time playing together in the pool and doing some yoga down on the lawn. While the inconveniences of the property were minor, it's relevant to report that there is no soundproofing in the floors or the walls, so it became very loud in the evening and morning while some were awake and others were trying to sleep. Additionally, the window treatments were of very poor construction and material, barely providing a shield from the sun. Overall, we definitely recommend the property to families or couples wishing for a wine country getaway!

Great stay overall, hot tub and pool were a must for my group of 16. Both were clean and bug free! Overall clean house, big garage for some of our luggage, plenty of parking. WiFi worked well, and kitchen was perfect sized.

The owner was very nice and this property was easy to book, very accommodating but once we got there it was filthy. The beds were made and sheets seemed clean but floors made your feet black which I find weird because they want you to not wear shoes in the house rules but I had to have slippers on or else my feet were black. Bugs EVERYWHERE (I have video) trash on the lawn trash in the back yard trash in the house. Just trash left from other guests so you know there wasn’t a cleaner.. I reached out to the communication person because it’s like 400.00 for a cleaning fee and I had no response. VRBO was down in my messaging communication section for the beginning of my trip it was just awful. I was going to tell them I can’t believe I was charged a cleaning fee when I had to clean all of it up.

Short getaway for family of 5

On a whim we booked a short vacation about an hour from home and during our search were pleasantly surprised to find that this family and dog friendly home was available. First off, the long driveway was lined with tall trees that made for a great entrance. The first impressions of the house and location were excellent. The property was spacious and surrounded by wineries and small farms, which was a nice setting. The home itself was accommodating because of its size and number of rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Easily this house could have allowed groups of 10 or more with no shortage of elbow room. The backyard was the real crowd pleaser. The pool was large, had a nice temperature, and overlooked some beautiful hills. If you get up before 6, you’ll catch a few hot air balloons taking off to the west of the house. All in all, we had a nice time and rate this a 4/5. Our issue has to do with lack of tidiness. I’d chalk it up to this home just needing a bit more of a deep cleaning and maybe some touch ups to walls that have accumulated their fair share of scuffs and dirt over the years - this did the home a disservice because the floors are beautiful, the island is nice and MASSIVE, and the location is awesome. We noticed a good deal of dead flies and other bugs in the bathrooms. A big pile of dead bees right outside the slider, and the couches were stained to a degree that seemed unpresentable. With a thorough cleaning and the upholstery issues sorted, easily a 5/5.
