Your figure you sent us was not accurate. We accepted the conditions of this room because it was too late to change. Will not stay at another Hilton- Garden Inn for awhile.

At the moment the property parking garage is NOT SAFE. When I arrived and parked in the garage I had a terrifying run in with a large man was who was circling a car with a tire iron. I thought he was fixing a tire but as soon as I got out of my car he stopped moving and stared me down. It took me a second to register how threatening this situation was, but when I realized he looked angry and was looking like he was going to approach me I jumped back in my car. He immediately started screaming like crazy and running toward the car. I did a loop and so he doubled back and when I pulled past him to exit the garage he car he continued to yell and chase the car! I parked right by the entrance and ran in and reported this to the hotel, but of course he was gone as soon as they went down there. Later that week I saw a second woman on Google reviews who was also traveling solo have the same experience! I left a day early after I realized this guy is hunting for someone to assault. No thanks. Please don’t park in than garage and keep your eyes open.

Stay here frequently as staff is friendly & professional. Accommodations are always clean, comfortable and ready when I check in. And the food is actually pretty amazing… dinners are great and breakfast is better than any hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Look forward to when I get to stay here!
