The staff was fine , the room was ok but there was a lot of noise in the room above us I had to call the front desk at12:30 am at night to let them know about the noise and they said they were going to check that out which I couldn’t sleep and had to wake up extra early because of work , the hall in the floor that I was was people extremely loud a d loud people , then in the morning my hot water didn’t work and I had to take a cold shower very disappointed.

I liked the location, I just didn't like that the pool and fitness center was closed.

Stayed here for a night because we did some wine tasting in Temecula and didn’t want to drive back home. Walking distance to the restaurants and bars in old town Temecula. Very clean and recently updated rooms. The front staff was neither friendly nor rude. Everyone wore a mask and the hotel felt clean. Would stay here again.

Great overall location. To start off we were left with no toilet paper when we check in. We didn’t have hot water in our shower, when I called to report this all they said was to run the water for a while before showering. I had already tried this since I had to give my daughter a shower but it never got hot. The front desk said they would send someone the next day. Then the next day our toilet wouldn’t flush. When I addressed these issues the next day they just said sorry. Sorry just doesn’t cut it for $265 a night!

Clean hotel nice staff cheap price close to town but there was homeless guy in the lobby hanging out.

This property is an easy walk to most Old Town Temecula attractions. Hotel is new and clean.

The rooms were clean, and the best part is the rooms do not have carpet! Breakfast was decent, and pool was refreshing in the heat. Would like to go back one day! Staff were nice.

The front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful.

Super nice hotel! Highly recommend if you don’t want to spend 4 times the $ on a winery resorts. Close to downtown

I stayed one night for my son’s wedding and the hotel is beautiful inside. I believe they just remodeled it because everything looked brand new. The staff was very friendly. I would most definitely stay there again!!

Beds were comfortable. All the staff were friendly. Didn't get a chance to eat the free breakfast because I wanted to stay in bed longer.
