Walkable to Old Town Temecula.

Clean, room was great. Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Great stay

For what it was it was to expensive. I’ve stayed at much nicer hotels for much less the price.

only down side was limited parking on site. had to park next door after evening out.

Booked two rooms for five nights so was into the hotel for well over $1500. As we were doing a project for Amazon nearby we left before the 6am breakfast service. One evening one of our crew grabbed an orange from the stack in the lobby where breakfast is laid out. The desk clerk yelled across and told him to put it back, that it was for breakfast only. He explained that they’d been there for four nights so far and hasn’t had breakfast once as they left early. This was around 7pm. She told him again the oranges were for breakfast and he had to put them back. In addition to humiliating him in the lobby there was the question, during this Covid nonsense, of him already handling the oranges and then being told to put them back. How did she know he hadn’t coughed in hang hand, picked his nose or just come from the toilet? I spoke to her later and asked if I could get an orange and she told me the same thing. I explained we hadn’t had breakfast once and had spent $1500 at the hotel. Wasn’t that worth an orange. She said it wasn’t, they they were for breakfast. This is a symptom of Covid in that it has given people who previously had no authority or power to chide, order and boss people around. Store clerks, hotel receptionists, waiters etc. we travel a lot but this representative of BW has tarnished the brand. The hotel was newly remodeled and very nice but this left a sour taste in my mouth.

Rooms are always clean a cozy and at a really good raye. I've been to this hotel at least 4 times in the past year. I'll only stay here.

The staff was fine , the room was ok but there was a lot of noise in the room above us I had to call the front desk at12:30 am at night to let them know about the noise and they said they were going to check that out which I couldn’t sleep and had to wake up extra early because of work , the hall in the floor that I was was people extremely loud a d loud people , then in the morning my hot water didn’t work and I had to take a cold shower very disappointed.

I liked the location, I just didn't like that the pool and fitness center was closed.

Stayed here for a night because we did some wine tasting in Temecula and didn’t want to drive back home. Walking distance to the restaurants and bars in old town Temecula. Very clean and recently updated rooms. The front staff was neither friendly nor rude. Everyone wore a mask and the hotel felt clean. Would stay here again.

Great overall location. To start off we were left with no toilet paper when we check in. We didn’t have hot water in our shower, when I called to report this all they said was to run the water for a while before showering. I had already tried this since I had to give my daughter a shower but it never got hot. The front desk said they would send someone the next day. Then the next day our toilet wouldn’t flush. When I addressed these issues the next day they just said sorry. Sorry just doesn’t cut it for $265 a night!

Clean hotel nice staff cheap price close to town but there was homeless guy in the lobby hanging out.

This property is an easy walk to most Old Town Temecula attractions. Hotel is new and clean.
