Room maitanance was needed in bathroom. Happy hour used to be much better! Breakfast though was outstanding

It was a doubletree turned into a Embassy. They took the original room and put a wall up to consider it a suite. Not impressed! Very disappointed.

This was my fourth stay at this property. It is always a pleasant and relaxing stay. I always recommend it to my friends as the place to stay when going wine tasting.

good location within reach of the old town and other shopping centers and freways

The property is centrally located, very close to shopping and places to eat. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, our suite was very nice and spacious. The only thing that was a little “off” was the fifth floor hallway had a mildewed smell. Everything else was great.

We checked in late and we were very tired. Upon waking we discovered that Our beds had not been changed or cleaned from the previous guests. Discovering crumbs left in the sheets was a Very unsettling feeling. Reported to the manager and she apologized. Our room had chipped furniture, pocket doors that were beat up and scratched. The breakfast was way above average and enjoyable but who wants to sleep in someone else dirty sheets ugh.

We booked this property after an amazing experience as the Embassy suites in Palm Springs. However we were extremely disappointed, even though the rooms claim to have separate living and sleeping area, the separation is by a sliding door which is not sound proof and the sliding door slams/jams most of the time. We had requested a pool closer to the hot tub as we were traveling with a toddler and thought we could have some quite time after the toddler sleeps as we were carrying her monitor. We were given accessible room instead which we said we were not keen on getting. There was a fire at 8 AM on a Sunday morning, which was ok and understandable, but one of the staff at the restaurant showed a racial behavior towards us (brown people)! She went to all the tables apologizing for the mess because of the fire, but totally ignored our table. Also, she went out of the way to serve all the tables breakfast items from the buffet and totally ignored our table!! The price you pay for property is not worth it! I would have rather stayed at some other place!

It was a busy weekend but the hotel was woefully under-staffed. Waited allll day for a room. No answer ever in room service when I finally got the front office to get them to call me back-my dinner was cold and my hamburger was raw in places. The fire alarm went off at 7 am and we had to evacuate for 25 minutes or so. Coast was clear. Lastly, my luggage never got delivered I had to go down and pick it up myself. On the upside-they did reverse the room service charge. I won’t go back.

We had a great experience here. The person who checked us in was super sweet and nice. The next day (check out day) we had to go to hot air balloon ride at 6:30am and they were nice enough to extend our check out time in case it went over 11am. We had a really great experience there.

Great accommodation for the price. Great breakfast
