Under Construction Hotel

The property is splited in two. If you pick the rooms with two beds, you will have to stay on the section wich is under constrution, no security, no wifi and out of the main property.

Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi connection. Really nice sunset and views

deberían tener aire acondicionado automático y un frigo bar en las habitaciones, también sugiero que el personal sea mas atento y que tenga a la mano números de servicios de comida a domicilio ya que el chico de recepción solo tenia un folleto y a los alrededores no hay nada cerca, si vas en carro no hay tema pero si no si le tienes que buscar o pedir al hotel.
