First time visiting. Overall, it met or exceeded our expectations. However, we found their MXN 696.00 price tag for their breakfast hotel quite excessive. We don't remember having seen the price advertised on the restaurant's entrance. The staff was very friendly, and the food quality was unquestionable, but the breakfast experience failed to meet the value-price mark for us.

Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The property is quite old and it looks nothing like the photos online. One of the biggest disappointment was that it didn’t offer the clear view of the village but is obstructed and not as picturesque as we hoped.

I would definitely not recommend the property. The service in the pool area was very limited, I struggled a lot getting specifically the dishes I ordered as well as the drinks. The quality of the food is not good and the hotel seems to be under staffed. The place has a great potential to have something a lot better, I would not come back to the hotel, at least not in the near future.

The view is amazing and the hotel grounds are beautiful and spacious. My only request is they upgrade the coffee condiments in the rooms The was only one pack of creamer. Both my wife and I like cream in our coffee. There should be enough for two at least.
